How long will it take to process my order?
All orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days; however, during our busy season (June 15 to September 15), please expect 1 to 4 business days for your order to be processed. Please note: Processing times do not include shipping time.

How do I download my e-book?
After purchasing your e-book, you will receive an email with a link to the Manage E-books center in your Evan-Moor account. If you haven't received an email, go there now.
Once you are at the Manage E-books center, follow the step-by-step directions of the download process:
- Click the Download button next to your e-book.
Please note: Download times vary depending on the size of your e-book. To find out the amount of time it will take to download your e-book, view the Product Details tab on the page of the e-book you purchased.
- Save your e-book to a safe place on your hard-drive. We also recommend saving a back-up copy on a CD or flash drive.
- Open your e-book in Adobe Reader.
NOTE FOR MAC USERS: Your computer may automatically open your e-book in a program other than Adobe Reader. To ensure your e-book functions properly, we recommend changing your default settings to open PDFs using Adobe Reader. Download Adobe Reader for free now.

When I start Adobe Reader, I get an error. What should I do?
Your computer is using an old version of Adobe Reader. To download the newest version, please click here.

How do I view the items in my shopping cart?
You can view your shopping cart any time by selecting View Cart in the top right corner of your screen.

How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order and track your shipments online, you must have an Evan-Moor.com account. If you don't have an account, sign up today!
If you already have an Evan-Moor.com account, please follow these easy steps:
- Log in to your account by going to www.evan-moor.com, clicking on the Log In link located in the top right corner, and entering your email address and password.
- Under Order Information select Order Status and Tracking.
- You will see your recent order(s). Select the order you would like to check the status of by clicking on the Order ID number.
- Select the Order Status tab to view the status of your order.

I can't find my e-book. What should I do?
When you download an e-book, the electronic file is saved to the location indicated by your computer's browser. If you cannot remember where you saved your e-book, or are unable to locate your e-book on your computer, you may download another.
Simply visit the Manage E-books center in your Evan-Moor account. E-books are available for download 30 days after the date of their purchase. If the download period has expired, you may purchase another e-book for 75% off the original price.

My e-book is damaged. What should I do?
If your e-book is damaged, there may have been an interruption in the downloading process that caused the file to corrupt. To download your e-book again simply visit the Manage E-books center of your Evan-Moor account.
If, after downloading a second time, your e-book is still damaged, please report the problem and a customer service representative will research the matter and contact you with a solution within 24 hours.

I am a store owner and am interested in carrying Evan-Moor books. How do I become an Evan-Moor dealer?

Do you send out examination copies of your titles?
All of Evan-Moor's titles are available for preview page by page online, and review copies are available for the following purposes only:
- To display or reference in a professional workshop or seminar
- As reference material in a college course
- For multiple-copy school purchase consideration
- For district wide purchase consideration
- For display in a professional materials center

How do I return books?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product(s) for a full refund of the original price. No questions asked. Just fill out our Returns Form.

How do I pay by purchase order online?
Evan-moor.com is able to accept purchase orders online. We do require, however, that a signed purchase order be on record prior to your first purchase.
To create a printable purchase order to fax to Evan-Moor, please follow these steps:
- Fill your shopping cart and follow the step-by-step directions at checkout. Once you reach Payment Method, select Print & Fax School Purchase Order.
- The step-by-step directions at checkout will guide you through the process of filling out the required information.
- After submitting your order, click the Print My Order button to print a copy of your purchase order.
- Fax your printed order (please include a fax cover sheet) and an authorized school purchase order to Evan-Moor at one of the following numbers:

- Your order will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
IMPORTANT! Your order will not be shipped until Evan-Moor receives a fax cover sheet, your printed order, and an authorized school purchase order. After faxing a signed purchase order, you may purchase online with a school purchase order at any time.

How do I find out my order tracking number?
Most orders are shipped via USPS, and do not have tracking numbers. For those orders shipped via other carriers, please contact
customer service for your tracking number.

How long do I have to download my e-book?
Each e-book order is available via the
Download e-books tab under your account. The e-books are made available for 30 days after the purchase date.

My e-book download period expired. What should I do?
Evan-Moor e-books are available for download up to 30 days after their purchase date. If the download period has expired, you may purchase another e-book for 75% off the original price.

What are the restrictions on offers?
Restrictions to offers and promotions are as follows:
- Promotional codes: In order to take advantage of a special offer, a promotional code must be entered when checking out online, given to a customer service representative when placing an order by phone, or written on your order form when placing an order by a mail order form.
- Free Shipping Promotions: Free shipping promotions are only allowed on orders being shipped to a single address in the continental U.S. We reserve the right to ship these orders by the carrier of our choice. Rush shipping options are unavailable on free shipping offers. We cannot accept future ship dating specifications on free shipping promotions. A free shipping promotion code must be included with the order and valid at the time of purchase.
- Free E-book Promotions: Free E-book promotions are not available for purchase orders. Free E-books cannot be substituted for free hard copies of the promotional book.

What if my computer loses power while I am downloading my e-book?
Evan-Moor e-books are available for download up to 30 days after their purchase date. If, while downloading your e-book, the process is interrupted, you may download your e-book again. Simply visit the Manage E-books center in your Evan-Moor account.
If the 30-day download period has expired, you may purchase another e-book for 75% off the original price.
To repurchase an e-book follow these easy steps:
- Log in to your account by going to www.evan-moor.com, clicking on the Log In link located in the top-right corner, and entering your email address and password.

How long will my e-book take to download?
The amount of time it takes to download an e-book depends on the speed of your internet connection and the size of the file. To get an approximate download time of an Evan-Moor e-book, simply visit the detail page for the e-book you would like to purchase and select About this title. An approximate download time for dial-up and broadband internet connections will be available.
On average, the majority of Evan-Moor's e-books take about 5 minutes on broadband internet and 30 minutes on a dial-up connection.

Can I download multiple e-books at the same time?
No. You can purchase multiple e-books at the same time but all e-books must be downloaded one at a time. You may view all of your e-books that are available for download from the Manage E-books center in your Evan-Moor account.

How do I change my billing information?
With an Evan-Moor account you can access and change your billing information at any time. In order to update your billing information, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account by going to www.evan-moor.com, clicking on the Log In link located in the top right corner, and entering your email address and password.
- Under Account Management select Billing Name.
- Locate the billing address you would like to update and press the Edit button located to the right of the address.
- Enter your billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card or bank statement and click on the Update button.
Your address book will immediately be updated. You may view your information and/or make changes at any time by going to the Account Management section and selecting Billing Name and Address.

How do I add a new billing address to my account?
With an Evan-Moor account you can access and change your billing information at any time. In order to add a new billing address to your account, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account by going to www.evan-moor.com, clicking on the Log In link located in the top right corner, and entering your email address and password.
- Select Billing Name and Address under Account Management.
- Under Add Billing Name and Address Book enter your new billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card or bank statement and click on the Add button.
Your address book will be immediately updated. You may view your changes by selecting Billing Name and Address from the Account Management section of your Evan-Moor account at any time.

What forms of payment does Evan-Moor accept?

My credit card was declined. What should I do?
If your credit card was declined, there are either insufficient funds in your account or there is a discrepancy between the information in your www.evan-moor.com account and your bank or credit card information.
In order to verify your billing information, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account by going to www.evan-moor.com, clicking on the Log In link located in the top right corner, and entering your email address and password.
- Under Account Management select Billing Name and Address under .
- Press the Edit button located to the right of the billing address you would like to update.
- Enter your billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card or bank statement and click on the Update button.
Your address book will immediately be updated. You may view your changes by selecting Billing Name and Address from the Account Management section of your Evan-Moor account at any time.
If you have verified your billing information and your credit card is still declined, please contact your bank to determine what actions are needed to resolve the matter. To protect customer security, Evan-Moor is unable to access your personal financial account.

How do I add an email address to my account?
With an Evan-Moor account you can add multiple email addresses to one account. To add an address, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account by going to www.evan-moor.com, clicking on the Log In link located in the top right corner, and entering your email address and password.
- Select Email and Password under Account Management.
- Under Add Email Address enter and confirm your new email address then click on the Add button.
Your email address will immediately be added to your Evan-Moor account. You may view your changes by selecting Email and Password from the Account Management section of your Evan-Moor account at any time.

How do I change my primary email address?
With an Evan-Moor account you can add multiple email addresses to one account. Your primary email address is the address that all Evan-Moor communications, including order confirmations, will be sent. To change your primary email address, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account by going to www.evan-moor.com, clicking on the Log In link located in the top right corner, and entering your email address and password.
- Select Email and Password under Account Management.
- Under Add or Edit Email Address select Primary under the address you would like to make your primary email address.
Your primary email address will immediately be updated. You may view your changes by selecting Email and Password from the Account Management section of your Evan-Moor account at any time.

When logging into my account, are emails and passwords case sensitive?
Your Evan-Moor account password and email are not case sensitive and may be typed in all lowercase or all capital letters.
If you are having problems logging into your account, please contact our customer service department.

I can't remember what email address I used to start my account. What should I do?
You may log in to your account using ANY email address you have entered in your Evan-Moor account.
If you have tried multiple email addresses and are still unable to access your account, please do not create another account. Contact our customer service department, and a representative will look up your log-in information for you.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your Evan-Moor account password, click on Forgot your password? from the Log In page and input your email address. Evan-Moor will email you a request to reset your password.

How do I add a new shipping address?

What are Evan-Moor Standards Correlations?
Evan-Moor standards correlations are completed by a team of certified, classroom-experienced teachers. Each curriculum correlation specialist works in a particular subject area, such as math or science, to focus on the standardized skills within that subject area. Many of these specialists, including all team leaders, have field experience and training in both software and curriculum management.
Each curriculum correlation specialist closely studies the state and national curriculum standards documentation for their subject area. They determine the type, structure, and specificity of the document studied and enter the information into a database. After each document has been entered, the lowest level objective, sometimes called the performance objective or indicator, is correlated/linked to a detailed list of learning skills.
Every correlated Evan-Moor book is also cataloged and reviewed for structure. The books are divided into easily distinguishable sections. The titles and page numbers of every section of a book are then entered into a database. These sections are then correlated/linked to the same detailed list of learning skills.
The curriculum correlation specialist then uses a unique correlation engine to align the standards performance objectives to each section of the Evan-Moor book being correlated. Each correlation connection is given a high, medium, or low prioritization to show the correlator the specificity of the match.
Individually, each workbook and curriculum document undergoes an initial quality assurance check by a curriculum correlation specialist not involved in the initial correlations process. These specialists check the data for accuracy and consistency, and confirm that the correlations' priorities are correct. A second quality assurance check is performed by still another correlation curriculum specialist. By the end of the project, a minimum of three different individuals have reviewed the correlations.

How do Evan-Moor correlations handle varying state standards?
State and National standards vary widely in their goals, structure, and level of specificity. Some state standards documents identify exact skills that need to be mastered, whereas others are meant to be guidelines and allow individual districts and schools to determine what needs to be learned at varying levels.
Due to the variable nature of state standards documents, the correlations for a given Evan-Moor book often include literal matches and developmental matches in order to reference both broad and focused standard documents.

What is an e-book?
An e-book is an electronic PDF of an Evan-Moor book you can download to your computer and use in your classroom today.

I've received your newsletter but I can't log into my account. What do I do?

What is an enhanced e-book?
An enhanced e-book is an electronic PDF of an Evan-Moor title that you can download to your computer and use in your classroom today. Enhanced e-books allow teachers to take the content of an Evan-Moor resource book and apply it to the technological tools that help students learn.
Unlike standard e-books that are encrypted so the content can't be changed, enhanced e-books' content can be extracted and repurposed for use with a variety of digital formats. How do I find correlations to my state's standards?

With the purchase of Evan-Moor e-books, you are granted a single-user license which allows you to use or duplicate the content of your books for use in your classroom or home only. Can I buy an e-book using a school purchase order?
Yes. If you have an official, authorized purchase order you can submit it to Evan-Moor at any time. Simply follow these easy steps:
- Fill your shopping cart and follow the step-by-step directions at checkout. Once you reach Payment Method, select Print & Fax School Purchase Order.
- The step-by-step directions at checkout will guide you through the process of filling out the required information.
- After filling out the required information, click the Print Purchase Order button.
- Fax the list of the email addresses that you would like your e-books sent to, your printed order (please include a fax cover sheet), and an authorized school purchase order to Evan-Moor at one of the following numbers:

Can I buy multiple e-books to distribute to teachers at my school?
Yes. To purchase multiple e-books to distribute to fellow teachers or educators, follow these easy steps:
- Fill your cart with the e-books you would like to purchase and follow the step-by-step directions at checkout.
- After you have purchased your e-books, you will receive an email with a link to the Manage E-books area of your Evan-Moor account. If you haven't received an email, go there now.
- In the itemized chart, assign the corresponding e-book to the recipient by typing his or her last name, first name, and email address.
- When finished, click the Send Licenses button.
- An automatic email notification will be sent to e-book recipients, who will then be able to download the e-book onto their computer.

I never got an email with a link to download my e-book. What should I do?
If you haven't received an email regarding your e-book, you can download your e-book from the Manage E-books center of your Evan-Moor account.
Once you are at the Manage E-books center, follow the step-by-step directions of the download process:
- Click the Download button next to your e-book.
Please note: Download times vary depending on the size of your e-book. To find out the amount of time it will take to download your e-book, view the Product Details tab on the page of the e-book you purchased.
- Save your e-book to a safe place on your hard-drive. We also recommend saving a back-up copy on a CD or flash drive.
- Open your e-book in Adobe Reader.
NOTE FOR MAC USERS: Your computer may automatically open your e-book in a program other than Adobe Reader. To ensure your e-book functions properly, we recommend changing your default settings to open PDFs using Adobe Reader. Download Adobe Reader for free now.

An interactive whiteboard application is a downloadable computer application that's perfect for use with an interactive whiteboard. Evan-Moor interactive whiteboard applications take the award-winning content from Evan-Moor's printed books and apply it to an interactive, self-checking computer application that allows teachers to lead engaging and dynamic class lessons.
Interactive whiteboard applications can be used with one or more students at an individual computer, but their learning opportunities are maximized when operated with an interactive whiteboard or projection system in order to present group or whole-class lessons.

What is the interactive whiteboard application product update annual subscription?
The product update annual subscription ensures that you keep your interactive whiteboard application up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements. Upcoming features include Spanish translations, the ability to save student responses, and more.
It can be purchased for $9.99 per year and must be purchased at the same time as the interactive whiteboard application.

How do I download my interactive whiteboard application?
After purchasing your interactive whiteboard application, you will receive an email with an activation key and a link to the Manage Application Downloads area in your Evan-Moor account. If you haven't received an email, go there now.
Once you are at the Manage Application Downloads area, follow the step-by-step directions of the download process:
- Click the Downloadbutton next to your application. You will go to a page with your activation key and a large Adobe AIR installation badge.
- Click on the Install Nowlink at the bottom of the badge. This will launch the Adobe AIR installer.
- The Adobe AIR installer will walk you through the download process.
- When the installer asks if you would like to open or save you application, select Open.
- After you have downloaded the application, save it to a safe place on your hard-drive. We also recommend saving a back-up copy on a CD or flash drive.
- Open the application.
- Enter the activation key when prompted. This will unlock your application and finish the installation process.

What is an activation key?
An activation key is a code that allows you to unlock and install your interactive whiteboard application.
After purchasing your interactive whiteboard application, you will receive an email with an activation key and a link to the Manage Application Downloads area in your Evan-Moor account.
If you haven't received an email, go to the Manage Application Downloads area in your Evan-Moor account and click the Download button next to your application. You will go to a page with your activation key and further instructions for download.

I can't find my activation key. What should I do?

I'm getting an error when I try to install my interactive whiteboard application. What should I do?
If you are getting an error when trying to install your application, you may have an old version of Adobe AIR installed on your computer. Update your Adobe AIR for free now.
If you already have the latest version of Adobe AIR on your computer and are still experiencing problems, please contact our customer service department.

My activation key isn't working. What do I do?

Can I re-download my interactive whiteboard application if I've lost it?
Yes, if you cannot remember where you saved your application, or are unable to locate your application on your computer, you may download another.
Simply visit the Manage Applications Downloads area in your Evan-Moor account. Interactive whiteboard applications are available for download 30 days after the date of their purchase. If the download period has expired, you may purchase another application for 50% off the original price.

My interactive whiteboard application is asking me to update. What does this mean?
This means that Evan-Moor has added new features to your interactive whiteboard application and posted the updated version online. If you would like to update your application, visit the Manage Applications Downloads area in your Evan-Moor account to download the newest version.

I am on a school computer and am having problems downloading my interactive whiteboard application. What should I do?
In order to run the Adobe AIR installer that is required to download and install your interactive whiteboard application successfully you need to have administrator rights on your computer. If you are on a school network and cannot download the installer, contact your network administrator about setting up your computer to use your interactive whiteboard application.

How do I assign e-books when multiple e-books have been purchased or when purchasing e-books using a school PO?
Customers who purchase e-books using a school PO or who purchase multiple copies of the same e-book will be required to assign them before the appropriate parties are able to download their e-book.
After purchasing e-books, the school account administrator or the purchaser of the e-books will log on to their online account and choose Manage E-books, which leads to Product License Management.
Next, follow these easy steps to assign the products to individuals:
